Connect to Aryeo
Order Esoft products from an Aryeo listing and get your edited files delivered back to Aryeo automatically.

Aryeo is an Esoft Partner Platform. With the integration, you order and upload from an Aryeo listing, and your edited files go back to Aryeo automatically.
Before you start
You need the integration details from Esoft Customer Success. To get them, create a ticket in the Esoft Support Portal.
Connect your Aryeo account

Sign in to Aryeo and open the App store.

Go to Media Generation and select Esoft.

Enter your Esoft Client ID, Esoft API Username and Esoft API Password from Esoft Customer Success, then select Save Esoft Credentials.

Choose whether listings are delivered automatically in Auto Listing Delivery.

In Default Order Reference Format, choose how the order reference is built, then select Update Esoft Order Settings. We recommend Order Numbers - Listing Address, so you can find orders quickly in the Esoft Platform.
Enter the details from Esoft Customer Success, then select Save Esoft Credentials.
Order Numbers - Listing Address helps you match orders in the Esoft Platform.
If you use White Label, enter your portal’s domain in Esoft White Label Domain. It’s optional. See About White Label.
Place an order from Aryeo

Open the listing and select Esoft in Quick Actions.

Select the products. You can select several.

In Upload Files, upload the files for each product. Uploading from your device works best.

Wait for a tick on each thumbnail. It shows the upload is done.

Enter the output quantity and any notes.

Select Submit order. Aryeo takes you back to the listing.
Note
Orders from Aryeo can’t be saved as drafts or submitted automatically. Stay on the page until you’ve submitted.
Add the products you want, then upload the files for each one.
Follow and review orders
The listing shows each Esoft order with its file quantity and status: Submitted, Complete, or Error if the submission didn’t go through. Select Original Media to download your input files as a zip, or View in Esoft to open the order in the Esoft Platform.
Request changes

Open the order in the Esoft Platform, or select View in Esoft in Aryeo.

Select Leave feedback and mark what needs changing. See Request changes on a delivery.
The corrected files are delivered to Aryeo automatically.
