Order Esoft products from HDPhotoHub and get your edited files delivered back to HDPhotoHub automatically.

HDPhotoHub is an Esoft Partner Platform. With the integration, you order from HDPhotoHub, upload in the Esoft Platform, and your edited files go back to HDPhotoHub automatically.
Set up the integration
Setup takes about 4 weeks, and Esoft supports you through it:

Introduction. We hold a meeting to demo the workflow and plan the setup.

Esoft setup (1 week). We prepare your Client ID, upload portal URL and API keys.

Update HDPhotoHub (30 minutes). You add those details to your HDPhotoHub account.

Testing (1 week). You send test photos, and we deliver them through the integration.

Launch and monitoring (2 weeks). You start using the integration, and we monitor it with you.
To start, create a ticket in the Esoft Support Portal.
Place an order from HDPhotoHub

Sign in to HDPhotoHub and create the property website.

Select Create Production Order.

Choose the product. All your Esoft products are available, one product per order.

Under Production Orders, select Edit Order/Upload Media next to the draft order. The Esoft Platform opens in a new tab.

Sign in to the Esoft Platform. You only need to do this for your first order.

Upload your files, add any instructions, and select Submit order when the upload is done.
Select Edit Order/Upload Media to upload your files in the Esoft Platform.
Tip
For a long upload, choose Auto-Submit and keep the tab open until it finishes. Don’t select the product again in the Esoft Platform.
To order another product for the same property, repeat these steps.
Get your delivery
When the order is completed, we upload the edited files to HDPhotoHub automatically.
When a property has several products, every completed product sends all the outputs again. Delete or change files in HDPhotoHub only after all products are delivered, or turn off auto-delivery in your HDPhotoHub settings.
Request changes

Sign in to the Esoft Platform and find the order.

Select Leave feedback and mark what needs changing. See Request changes on a delivery.
The corrected files are delivered to HDPhotoHub automatically.
Order in the Esoft Platform instead
You can also order directly in the Esoft Platform and still get delivery to HDPhotoHub. Start the order reference with your HDPhotoHub site ID, then a space, a dash and a space, for example 100200 - 12 Sample Street. Without the spaces or the dash, the files can’t be delivered to HDPhotoHub.
