Add watchers to an order
Let colleagues get the delivery email for an order, when you place it or later.

Watchers get an email when the order is completed, with a link to download the files. A watcher needs an account on the Esoft Platform.
When you place the order
In 3. Additional information, add the people to notify under Notify watchers.
After the order is placed

In the Order overview, select View order.

Open More actions (the ... button on the order) and select Edit watcher.

To add someone, type their name in Add more and pick them from the list. To remove someone, select the x next to their name.

Select Submit.
Add or remove watchers, then select Submit.
Note
You can edit watchers until the order is completed.
