0:32 · CaptionsAnyone can create an Esoft Platform account. Each person needs their own account, and your account starts on a free trial, so you don’t need payment details to begin.

Go to the Esoft Platform sign-in page and select Sign up here.

Enter your email address.

Choose a password and enter it again in Re-enter your password.

Select the checkbox to agree to the Terms and Conditions.

If you’d like emails from Esoft about promotions, special offers and product updates, select the second checkbox. It’s optional.

Select Continue.
To sign up with a Google or Microsoft account instead, select Sign up with Google or Sign up with Microsoft and follow the steps there. You don’t need to verify your email address when you sign up this way.

Verify your email address
We send a verification link to the email address you entered. Open the email and select the link. You need a verified email address before you can place an order.
If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder. After 30 seconds you can select Resend on the verification page. See Verify your email and reset your password.

Once your email is verified, you see Your account has been created successfully!. Select Back to sign in.

Sign in and tell us about your business

Sign in with your email address and password.

In Tell us about your business, enter your business name.

Choose your estimated monthly volume and how you found out about Esoft.

Select Submit.
All three questions are required, and we only ask them the first time you sign in.

What happens next
You land on the New order page, ready to place your first order. The bar at the top of the page shows your remaining trial allowance, and Upgrade account lets you choose a payment plan whenever you’re ready. See Your free trial.
