Why we verify your email address

When you sign up with an email address and password, we send a verification link to that address. Verifying it confirms the account is yours and that our order and delivery emails reach you. You can sign in and order once it’s verified.

If you sign up with Google or Microsoft, your email address is already verified, so you skip this step.

Verify your email address

1

Open the email we sent you after you selected Continue on the sign-up form.

2

Select the verification link.

3

On Your account has been created successfully!, select Back to sign in.

The page shows the address we sent the link to.

If the verification email doesn’t arrive

1

Check your spam or junk folder.

2

Check that the address on the verification page is spelled correctly. If it isn’t, sign up again with the correct address.

3

Wait 30 seconds, then select Resend on the verification page.

Reset your password

1

On the Esoft Platform sign-in page, select Forgot password?.

2

Enter the email address you use for the Esoft Platform, then select Send email.

3

Open the email we send you and select the link to choose a new password.

Enter your email address, then select Send email.

You see Check your email. For your security, we show this message whether or not an account exists for that address. If the email doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder, or select Resend after 30 seconds.

We email you a link to reset your password.

If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, you don’t have an Esoft password to reset. Use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft instead.

If you still can’t get in

Contact Esoft support. Tell us the email address on your account and what happens when you try to sign in.
