Every new Esoft Platform account starts with a free trial. You get a trial allowance to spend on real orders, so you can test our products on your own photos before you choose how to pay. You don’t need payment details to start.
What the trial includes
A trial allowance you spend on orders, at the list price of each product.
Our standard products, at their list price.
The same ordering, tracking and download tools as a paid account.
Trial orders can’t be corrected. If a delivery isn’t what you expected, tell us through Leave feedback: our team reads every comment and uses it to help you choose the right product and plan.
Download your trial deliveries within 14 days of delivery.
Track your remaining trial allowance
Your remaining trial allowance shows in the bar at the top of every page.

Account details shows it too, along with the date your trial is valid until. On a trial, your plan shows as Test account. To open Account details, select your name in the top-right corner of the page.

When the trial ends
You can choose a payment plan at any time with Upgrade account in the top bar, or Upgrade to full account in Account details. When your trial allowance runs out, we ask you to choose a plan before your next order. See Choose a payment plan.
What happens to your remaining trial allowance
Any trial allowance you haven’t used ends when you choose a payment plan. It isn’t added to your account credit or to your first invoice, and it can’t be refunded or transferred. To get the most from your trial, use your allowance before you upgrade.
