Your trial allowance has run out
When your trial allowance is used up, we ask you to choose a payment plan before your next order. See Choose a payment plan.
Your credit is too low for the order
On pre-pay, your available credit needs to cover the order. Top up, then submit the order again. See Top up your account.
Your post-pay account isn’t active yet
After you send the post-pay form, we check your company details and email you within 1 working day. You can order on post-pay once your account is active. See Set up post-pay.
An invoice is overdue
If a post-pay invoice is overdue, ordering may be paused until it’s paid. See Pay an invoice.
You don’t have permission to create orders
Members need the Create new order permission. Ask an admin on your account to turn it on. See What each role can do.
A required detail is missing
Some products need input files or instructions before you can submit. Check that every required field in the order is filled in.
