Note

Invoices apply to post-pay accounts only. See Set up post-pay.

We invoice post-pay accounts every 2 weeks, by email to your billing email. You pay by direct bank transfer.

Pay by direct bank transfer

1

Open the invoice email we sent to your billing email.

2

Transfer the invoice total to the bank account shown on the invoice. The same bank details are in the email we sent when we activated your account.

3

Use the invoice number as the payment reference, so we can match your payment.

4

Pay by the due date on the invoice.

What happens next

We match your payment to the invoice. You don’t need to send us proof of payment.

Pay your first invoice on time: it confirms your post-pay account. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause ordering on your account until it’s paid. If you think an invoice is wrong, or you can’t pay by the due date, contact Esoft support before the due date.
