Set up pre-pay
Upgrade your trial to a pre-pay account in one step, then top up by card and start ordering.

With pre-pay, you top up your account by card and pay for orders from your credit. There’s no contract to sign and no form to fill in.
Before you start
Use any trial allowance you have left. It ends when you upgrade and isn’t added to your credit.
Have a payment card ready for your first top-up.
Upgrade to pre-pay

Select Upgrade account in the bar at the top of the page, or Upgrade to full account in Account details.

Select Pre-Pay Account.

Read the confirmation. It reminds you that leftover trial allowance isn’t added to your credit, and that moving to post-pay later is a request to Esoft support.

Select Confirm. To go back to the plan options, select Back.

You see Just a bit, upgrading your account for a few seconds while we set up your account.
Upgrading takes a few seconds.
What happens next
Your account is now a pre-pay account. The trial bar disappears, and the top of the page shows your available credit and a Top up button.
