On Enterprise plans, Esoft can tailor the product list your team sees when ordering. You tell us what you want, and we set it up on your account.
What we can change
Product names. Use the names your team already knows.
The order of products. Put the ones you use most at the top.
Thumbnails. Use images that match how your team recognizes each product.
Frequently used. Choose which products appear in the
Frequently usedtab, so the list stays short.
What each product requires
For each product, we can make files and instructions required or optional. When something is required, the order can’t be submitted until it’s filled in.
How to request a change
Tell us what you’d like to change through the Esoft Support Portal, or ask your account manager. We confirm when your list is updated.
