Before you start
Esoft sends you a form to collect your settings. Have these ready before you fill it in. When we receive the form, we confirm the setup timeline with you.
Gather your settings

Custom domain. Buy a domain for your portal from any domain registrar or hosting company. The portal will run on it.

Logo and favicon. Share a link to each file. 500 px on each side works best.

Brand color. Enter the hex code, for example #FF8200. Buttons and highlighted items use it.

Contact details. Tell us how your photographers should reach you for help. We show this in the portal and in every email.

Sender email. Choose the address your notification emails come from. It must already exist, because we send a verification code to it. Use an address you don’t already use for other system emails.

Wording changes (optional). Quote the text you want to change and write how it should read.
Decide who creates extra order lines
Sometimes a photographer can’t create an extra order line, and Esoft adds it for them. Choose how those lines appear:
Same creator as the original order. The line shows under the photographer’s name, but the Esoft staff member’s name appears in the order detail.
An admin account you give us. We create the line from that account. Members only see orders they created, so the photographer won’t see that line.
What happens next
Fill in the form and send it back. We set up your portal and emails, and let you know when it’s live. Your existing orders are available on the new portal.
