Leave feedback on a video
Pause a delivered video and mark exactly what to fix at that moment, so editors find every comment.

Open the video

In the Order overview, search for the order by reference, Esoft Batch ID or Order ID.

Select Leave feedback.

Choose the request type: Complaint (we made a mistake, based on the SLA) or Change (you want something adjusted or added). See Request changes on a delivery.
Comment on a moment

Play the video and select Play or Pause at the moment you want to comment on.

Use the area box or the arrow to mark the spot on the frame, then write what to fix.

Select Play or Pause again to carry on.
To jump to a point in the video, drag the progress bar while the video is playing. You can leave several comments on one frame, as long as they don’t overlap.
Check and send

Use Next comment and Previous comment to review your comments.

Add instructions for the whole video in General feedback.

Attach reference files if a sample explains it better, then submit.
What happens next
Your comments and general feedback go to the editors with the correction, and a correction line appears under the same order reference.
