Pick up finished files from the delivery email or the Order overview, as a full zip or image by image.

You need the Download output permission. Admins have it, and admins turn it on for each Member.
Download from the delivery email
When an order completes, you receive a delivery email with a download link. Anyone who receives the email, including watchers, can pick up the files without opening the platform.
Download from the Order overview

Open the Order overview tab and find the order.

Select Download output to download the delivered files as a zip file.
Download from the order detail

Select View order to open the order detail.

Under Output, select Download native to download the delivered files in their original size.

For smaller files, open the arrow next to Download native and choose Under 3 MB, Under 5 MB or Under 10 MB. Then select Download resized images.
Download the original files, or a resized copy under 3, 5 or 10 MB.

To download the files you uploaded for the order, select Download input.

Download trial deliveries within 14 days of delivery.
